Dosage
1 - 2 g / kg of dog weight. Mix with water 10 ml / kg of dog weight. Mix the recommended dose in water.

You can dilute the rest of the mixture with water depending on how many breaks/runs you will have. Then feed proportionally between runs so that the dog stays hydrated between breaks.
